DIY – How to change/replace Air Cabin Filter on Porsche Panamera

Part number #97057362300 ($41.96)  or find a similar one on AMAZON.com

Cabin filter is located behind a glovebox right against the firewall. To replace it you have to follow a few simple steps. Its not worth going to the dealer to change. Its very simple task and it should take you about 3 minutes.

1 – Remove cover under dashboard on the passenger’s side (footwell). Pull the cover down and unclip locking lugs. There are 4 tabs that hold it in in the front. Use the screwdriver to lift it up and push it down. Then pull out cover for footwell.

2 – In the back of the footwell almost against the firewall there is a rectangular box. If you look closely, there is 6 sliding tabs holding the box cover/trap. Slide entire rectangle cover to the side. It will slide out very easy and it will drop. Once the little trap door drops – filter will drop out as well.
